Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear.

Ship the Package

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original packaging and hangtags are included to avoid restocking fees.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
